Where We Ship
Right now, we ship to street addresses and P.O. boxes within the contiguous United States. We’re not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories at this time. If you’re located outside these areas, we hope to serve you in the future.
Processing Time
After you place an order, our team needs a little time to pick, pack, and prepare everything carefully. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. We work with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The exact carrier for your package is chosen based on destination, package size, and the most efficient route available at the time of shipment.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders. There are no minimums or special codes required. If we ever introduce expedited options, those costs will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Delivery Issues
If a package appears to be lost or delayed beyond the expected window, let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please keep in mind that shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier volume.
